Yes - Bio Juice hydrates, but you still need to lock in that hydration with a moisturiser or oil.

Bio Juice is packed with humectants, which draw and hold water in your skin. To keep that hydration from evaporating, you’ll need to seal it with a nourishing face cream, oil, or balm. We recommend using moisturisers in the morning for barrier support and face oils or balms in the evening for deeper nourishment.
