Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this essential oil when pregnant?

You can diffuse these essential oil blends when pregnant but we do not recommend applying them to the skin - so no massage or bathing in them.

What are cold-pressed essential oils?

Some essential oils are obtained through steam distillation where the plant matter is mixed with water over a high heat and the oil is extracted from the resulting steam. Cold pressed oils are made by compressing seeds, nuts or fruit that have a high oil content. The oil is literally squeezed out of the plant products.
