DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for Australian orders valued at $100 AUD or more.
A $10 AUD freight charge is applied to orders under $100 AUD for standard shipping within Australia.
Orders are eligible for free shipping if they are over the free shipping threshold after all discounts have been applied. Purchases of e-gift cards are excluded from the order total for free shipping as they are not a shipped item.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15 AUD.
Express shipping is free for Australian orders of $250 or more.
Orders are eligible for free express shipping if they are over the $250 threshold after all discounts have been applied. Purchases of e-gift cards are excluded from the order total for free shipping as they are not a shipped item.
Express shipping times vary depending on location but generally range between 1-3 business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. floods, strikes etc.)
If you're not at home and Authority to Leave has not been selected, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. Please note that your MyPost account settings will also override any ATL/Signature settings chosen at checkout on the Skin Juice website.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders will be available to collect within 2 hours if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, this timeframe may be extended during promotional periods.
This is a free service that allows you to collect your order from our warehouse; your order will not be shipped.
When this option is selected you will be notified via email when your order is ready. You can then collect the order from 81 Camfield Drive, Heatherbrae, NSW 2324 between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Further specific instructions relating to how to collect your order will be in your collection email.
Click and Collect orders will be held for 5 business days after the date they are ready for collection. If collection has not been made within this time, or a collection time arranged, Skin Juice reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
If an order is cancelled the following will apply:
a) The order will be refunded to the same method used to place the order.
b) the customer is welcome to place the order again at their convenience, however any promotions that have lapsed during this time will no longer be available.
If the freight option is changed from Click and Collect to a shipping service, a freight fee may apply and is payable before dispatch.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for New Zealand orders valued at $100 AUD or more.
A $14.95 AUD freight charge is applied to orders under $100 AUD for standard shipping within New Zealand.
Orders are eligible for free shipping if they are over the free shipping threshold after all discounts have been applied. Purchases of e-gift cards are excluded from the order total for free shipping as they are not a shipped item.
NOTE: You may be charged additional import or customs charges on your order. We are not able to control, estimate or collect any applicable fees and these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
No freight charge on USA orders valued at $200 AUD or over.
A $20 AUD freight charge is applied to orders under $200 AUD for standard shipping on all deliveries within the United States of America.
Orders are eligible for free shipping if they are over the free shipping threshold after all discounts have been applied. Purchases of e-gift cards are excluded from the order total for free shipping as they are not a shipped item.
NOTE: Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding NZ + USA)
A $20 AUD freight charge is applied on all International orders. Please note International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer or express shipping offer.
Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking code and estimated delivery date.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 24 hours after your order has been placed and paid for. Standard Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-9 business days, depending on location. Express Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-3 business days, depending on location.
What to do if you have entered the incorrect address?
Please email hello@skinjuice.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
