The Orchard Rewards T&Cs
The Orchard (also referred to as the Skin Juice Rewards and/or Loyalty Program, ‘Program’, or ‘Orchard’) is offered and managed by Skin Juice Pty Ltd ACN 148 996 141 (‘Skin Juice’, ‘we’, or ‘us’) for the benefit of its customers making purchases and to potential customers (‘Customer’ or ‘you’).
These terms and conditions apply to The Orchard and any promotional activity and member transactions relating to the Skin Juice Orchard Rewards and Loyalty Program. By registering for and participating in The Orchard, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Company's Right To Change/Cancel Program
Skin Juice may modify, limit or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice.
Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
Sign Up to The Orchard Rewards + Membership
You can sign up to The Orchard online at the following website: https://skinjuice.com.au/loyalty/ or any other sign-up method authorized by Skin Juice. You will be automatically enrolled in the Skin Juice Rewards Program but will need to reach a minimum customer spend to qualify for the Loyalty Program (See ‘VIP Qualification’).
Limit one (1) The Orchard account (“Account”) permitted per person and per email address.
Skin Juice staff are not eligible to join The Orchard Rewards and Loyalty Program.
Skin Juice stockists and/or customers with a wholesale account are not eligible to join The Orchard Rewards and Loyalty Program.
Your Program Rewards Points balance and rewards are not transferrable and cannot be shared with anyone else.
You must be over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to join and by opening an Orchard account parental consent has been obtained to do so.
The Orchard Program is available to Skin Juice customers in Australia and New Zealand, and to customers that reside in countries where the brand ships to from the Skin Juice website (https://skinjuice.com.au/).
Earning and Calculation of The Orchard Rewards Points
You can earn Skin Juice Orchard Rewards Points (“Points”) by creating your account, making a purchase, following Skin Juice social accounts, celebrating a birthday, leaving a review and/or referring friends. Current options and further details on each option for obtaining Points are listed below:
Create Account:
Earn seventy-five (75) points for opening a Skin Juice Orchard account. These points will be automatically loaded onto your Rewards account once your Orchard account has been activated.
Purchases:
Earn one (1) Point for every Australian dollar (excluding GST, rounded down to the nearest AUD) you spend on Skin Juice products, online at https://skinjuice.com.au/ . Spend excludes GST and shipping costs, and Points are calculated on your actual spend after any discounts, gift vouchers/gift cards. Purchases made in store, or through an authorised stockist are not eligible to earn Skin Juice Orchard points. The purchase of Skin Juice e-Gift Cards are excluded from earning Rewards points. Other products and services may also be excluded during promotional periods and this will be updated as part of the corresponding promotional terms and conditions.
Simply shop on our online store (https://skinjuice.com.au) and your Points will be automatically added to your Account once the order is shipped. You must be signed into your Account when you make a purchase for Points to be accrued.
Following Skin Juice Social Accounts:
Earn twenty-five (25) Orchard Rewards points when you follow Skin Juice (@skinjuicenaturalskincare) on Facebook; Earn twenty-five (25) Orchard Rewards points when you follow Skin Juice (@skinjuice) on Instagram; and earn twenty-five (25) Orchard Rewards points when you follow Skin Juice (@skinjuiceau) on TikTok. In order to receive the Orchard Rewards points you must click through to Facebook and/or Instagram and/or TikTok from the Skin Juice Rewards webpage.
Birthday:
Receive a discount code for $20 off an order of $50 or more for your birthday. Members who are eligible for a Birthday reward will receive their unique code via email up to 24 hours after the birthday date noted in their account, or at such other time as Skin Juice considers appropriate. To be eligible, your birthday must be part of your Orchard account profile and have been updated 30 days before your birthday. If your birthday is not updated 30 days before your birthday, you may receive your birthday reward up to 30 days after you have signed up.
Please note that by supplying your birthday, you will be automatically signed up to receive Skin Juice email marketing. You may unsubscribe and your unique discount code will still be loaded to your Orchard account History, but you will not receive communication to alert you to this development.
Your Birthday gift is redeemable online only. You must be logged into your The Orchard account to redeem your Birthday gift.
Your birthday discount voucher will appear in the Rewards History pop-up, copy and paste this discount into checkout to redeem. You can only redeem your birthday discount OR a Rewards points discount per order – discounts cannot be stacked.
If your birthday falls during a sale period, your birthday discount coupon will be provided at the end of the sale period.
The birthday discount voucher must be redeemed within 30 days of receipt.
Birthday Rewards may change from time to time at Skin Juice’s discretion.
Review:
Earn twenty-five (25) Points when you leave a product review at https://skinjuice.com.au. Reviews must be verified i.e. you must have purchased the product from our website while signed into your account to be eligible to review and receive rewards for your review. You must also be signed into your Account before placing the verified review. Each review should reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. Reviews need to comply with our Customer Reviews Terms and Guidelines which are outlined here (https://skinjuice.com.au/terms). Any reviews that fail to do so will be void and disqualified at our sole discretion.
Duplicate reviews will be void and disqualified at our sole discretion.
Referral:
Earn five hundred (500) Points when you refer your friends to shop at https://skinjuice.com.au by using our referral section of our website. You must be signed into your account to be able to refer your friend. There are no restrictions on the number of friends you may invite. Each referral must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual member. Automated and/or repetitive submission of referrals (including but not limited to referrals made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified. Automated or bulk referrals made by third parties will be disqualified.
Please only refer friends who are happy to receive information from Skin Juice and who have given their consent for you to pass on their details.
To receive your Rewards Points, the referred friend must complete a purchase for $120 using the link you supply. The $25 discount will automatically appear in their cart if they are using a valid referral link. If the order falls below the $120 threshold, the order will no longer be eligible, and the discount will disappear.
Once a successful and complete referral has been made, 500 points (the equivalent of a $25 discount) will be credited to your account.
A referral will be deemed successful and complete if it meets the following criteria:
- The referred friend completes a purchase for $120 or more using your referral link.
- Must be the referred friend's first purchase
- The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.
Things that may cause a referral to fail:
- If the customer clicked on the referral link, but then made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent, the referring customer would not get the kickback.
- If the minimum spent amount was reached, but part of the sum was paid for using a coupon, this will not be counted as a completed referral. The minimum amount must be paid for with actual money and by using redemption options.
- The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent in the first purchase made via the referral link. The amount cannot span across several purchases.
- If the customer has 'Hide IP Address' turned on in their Browser settings.
Redeeming Orchard Rewards Points
You can redeem your Points for discounts at the checkout. The Orchard Rewards are redeemable only at https://skinjuice.com.au/ and cannot be used at Skin Juice stockists. You must be logged into your account to redeem your points. Once you have accumulated enough points to qualify for a discount you will be prompted at checkout and asked if you would like to redeem your points.
Points: 200
Skin Juice Rewards Discount amount: $10 AUD
Points: 300
Skin Juice Rewards Discount amount: $15 AUD
Points: 400
Skin Juice Rewards Discount amount: $20 AUD
Points: 500
Skin Juice Rewards Discount amount: $25 AUD
Only one discount can be used per transaction.
Rewards points can be used once only. Skin Juice will not be held liable if points are not able to be redeemed for any reason. Skin Juice reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Orchard rewards points. Rewards points are not valid for use towards the purchase of gift cards.
Points will expire 6 months (180 days) after they are earned on a rolling basis. This means if points are not used in the 6 months (180 days) after they are added to your account, the points will be expired and no longer visible on your account.
If you are to return your order those Points may be deducted from your Points balance.
Your Orchard Rewards points balance are not transferable to anyone else and are not redeemable for cash.
During sale periods, the maximum reward on offer will be 100 points for $5 AUD.
We may deduct from your Account any Points:
- credited to your Account as a result of an error;
- relating to a transaction that has been cancelled, reversed or refunded;
- relating to any suspected fraudulent activity; or
- relating to an order that Skin Juice reasonably believes was for a commercial purpose or commercial in quantity.
VIP (Very Important Pickers) LOYALTY PROGRAM
Customers who spend $200AUD or more annually will automatically qualify for our Orchard Very Important Pickers (VIP) Loyalty Program.
The current spending thresholds for each membership tier are:
VIP Membership Level: Tier 1: Bud
Spend per membership year AUD: $200 - $499.99 annual spend
VIP Membership Level: Tier 2: Blossom
Spend per membership year AUD: $500 - $899.99 annual spend
VIP Membership Level: Tier 3: Berry
Spend per membership year AUD: $900 + annual spend
Once you unlock a VIP level, you will hold this level for 12 months. To stay on this level before the 12 month expiry, you need to maintain the minimum spend allocated to each level.
You can accumulate VIP Membership Tier spend by making purchases online at https://skinjuice.com.au. Your spend will be automatically added to your Account once the order is shipped. You must be signed into your Account for Membership Tier spend to be counted and accrued. Purchases made through other online and physical stockists of Skin Juice will not be eligible or count towards your spend.
Spend excludes GST and shipping costs, and Points are calculated on your actual spend after any discounts, gift vouchers/gift cards.
VIP spends are non-transferrable. Spends accumulated across multiple accounts will not be eligible or considered as a qualifying spend.
Membership Tier spend may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your Account.
We may deduct from your VIP Membership Tier spend balance any amounts:
- credited to your Account as a result of an error;
- relating to a transaction that has been cancelled, reversed or refunded;
- relating to any suspected fraudulent activity; or
- relating to an order that Skin Juice reasonably believes was for a commercial purpose or commercial in quantity.

Access to Unique Offers & Promotions
Access to offers and promotions will be communicated via the email address associated with your loyalty account. Promotions and offers may be subject to further terms and conditions that will be outlined on the Skin Juice website. The frequency and conditions of promotions are subject to change.
The entry of a code may be required to redeem an offer. This code is shared with VIPs in confidentiality. The sharing of this code with non-eligible customers may result in your loyalty tier being suspended or terminated.
Monthly Prize Draws
To be eligible for entry into the monthly draw, you must have been a qualified VIP member for the previous calendar month. The prize will be a free individual Skin Juice or Serum Factory product of the winner’s choice. ‘Mega’ product sizes (Green Juice, Smudge Budge and Bio Juice), kits, bundles and gifts are excluded.
This is a monthly ‘game of chance’ competition, with the winner chosen at random using selection software.
Monthly draws will take place at midday on the 1st day of the following month (e.g. January would be drawn on the 1st February) and will be conducted at our head office located in Beresfield NSW. If the 1st of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or NSW public holiday the draw will occur on the following business day. Skin Juice’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via the email to the address associated with their loyalty account. The winner’s name, suburb and state will be published below and will be visible for 12 months.
Maximum prize value is $65AUD. The winner will need to select a product that they would like to receive. This prize may be offered as a physical item sent directly to the recipient or as a discount code for that item to be redeemed at skinjuice.com.au.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Free Perfect Paws on Account Creation Anniversary
As a Berry VIP member, you will receive a discount code to redeem 1 x Perfect Paws Hand Therapy Cream once a year on the anniversary of your account creation date.
Members who are eligible for an Anniversary reward will receive their unique code via email up to 24 hours after the anniversary date noted in their account, or at such other time as Skin Juice considers appropriate. 1 x Perfect Paws Hand Therapy Cream will need to be in your cart to receive your gift for free at checkout when the code is entered.
Your Anniversary gift is redeemable online only. You must be logged into your The Orchard account to redeem your Birthday gift.

Juice Lab Production Samples
As a Berry VIP member you will receive at least 1 x Juice Lab production sample a year. These samples will be a product of our choice and issued at a time deemed appropriate by Skin Juice. Samples will be accompanied by a list of ingredients. It is up to the recipient/VIP member to review the ingredients for any allergies or unsuitable ingredients for their use.
These samples may be issued by either:
- Surface mail at random to the delivery address recorded or associated to your account, or
- As a code that needs to be redeemed at checkout, or
- placed at random into your Skin Juice order.
Change of Details
You must notify us if your email address or any other personal details provided as part of sign-up changes. Skin Juice is not responsible for any loss of The Orchard Rewards or Loyalty Program benefits arising from you not notifying us of any change in personal details.
Suspension and/or Termination
Your Orchard VIP Membership and Rewards Status, and any or all benefits associated with your account, may be terminated or suspended at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect that you have:
- breached these terms and conditions;
- engaged in or may engage in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to your Orchard Rewards Account; or
- engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the legitimate interests of Skin Juice.
General Information
Skin Juice reserves the right to moderate and remove Points from customers/purchases if we expect illegitimate activity.
You may terminate your Orchard Rewards and/or Loyalty membership at any time by contacting Skin Juice customer service.
If your Skin Juice The Orchard membership is terminated (by you or us), all outstanding Points and any Rewards Vouchers you have redeemed will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
You understand and agree by participating in The Orchard Loyalty Program that we can make these changes at any time, with or without notice. We may cancel or suspend the Skin Juice Rewards and Loyalty Program or change these terms and conditions at any time. If we do, we may or may not notify you, depending on the change we make. Where Skin Juice gives you notice by email, you agree that the notice is deemed to have been provided to you on the date of the email.
Skin Juice shall not be liable to the Customer or third party for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, storm or default by or act or omission of a third party provider, hosting or data centre providers or other suppliers or sub-contractors.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Communications
Skin Juice will communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, SMS and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers and more. Skin Juice will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. There may be on occasion a slight delay between updates to your Orchard account and the corresponding electronic communication and Skin Juice. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Intellectual Property
All Orchard Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Skin Juice.
